Do we provide office cleaners with DBS checks?
We service a range of clients including banks schools and nursery’s where DBS is required as standard.
Apart from general office cleaning, what other services can you provide?
As well as office cleaning we provide a range of services including window and carpet cleaning, pest control, hygiene services, grounds maintenance and deep cleaning services.
Do our office cleaners wear uniform?
All of our office cleaning teams are provided with branded navy blue tabbards and white polo t shirts.
Are chemicals and materials to complete the work included as part of our overall hourly charge?
We provide our office cleaning teams with a range or industry leading chemicals and materials. Consumable items such as bin liners, soaps and toilet rolls are charged in adddition.
If we have an immediate need for a new cleaning contractor, how quickly can this be organised?
We only recruit experienced office cleaners who pass our detailed recruitment process. Each cleaners is met on site by one of our contracts managers to recieve a toolbox talk and training related to the role and H&S is delivered.
What contract lengths do you offer?
Our standard contract lengths are 12, 24 and 36 month.
Do you have a minimum amount of hours per week for cleaning?
Our minimum amount of cleaning hours per week would be 5 and this can be split over the week as requested.
How do you check the quality of the cleaning at our premises?
Our Contracts Manager will visit your premises to audit the cleaning using digital app. Once this has been completed and photo evidence is taken then a score is provided which we then use as a tool to manage the cleaning team.
